Please allow a maximum of 7-14 business days for us to process your order, once after receiving payment. Due to the expected high demand of our products, all orders will be fulfilled in the order that they are received. Therefore, a certain item may sell out before an item is processed.
Our timeline for shipping is based on the Canada Post 2014 Parcel Services Commercial Guide and may be subject to delays due to customs, regions, holidays, and other circumstances. Shipping details vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Note that the customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges, shipping duties & taxes, and any additional customs charges that may incur.
Orders being shipped within Canada will generally be provided with a tracking number. This number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. Orders being shipped Internationally may not receive a tracking number unless the option for having an included shipping tracking number is purchased separately at checkout. If the included shipping tracking number is in fact purchased, then your shipping tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation as well.
If the specific clothing item is currently sold out online, then it is not available for purchase or we are in the process of a restock. Staple items should remain in stock indefinitely until notice is made. Our pieces are created in limited quantities, so there is a high expectation that our pieces will be considered to be sold out quickly. Merchandise is limited to the sizes, colours, and variants listed on our website. If a size or variant does not appear online, it is unavailable. Orders are fulfilled in the order that they are received, and therefore may sell out before a certain item is processed. Once your order is processed, we can not do any refunds or exchanges, as all sales are final.
In most cases, we process all orders within a maximum of 7-14 business days, after receiving payment. Once the order has been processed, it is then shipped. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Circumstances (but not limited to) such as national holidays, non-business days (weekends), and any situation where high volume online traffic occurs, may all delay this process. Items that are purchased with PayPal eChecks will be expecting higher rates of delay, as these orders will be held onto until the payment/Check is collected.

Sales tax will be applied on all domestic orders. Tax is calculated based on the applicable sales tax and use tax laws within each state and/or province. For ALL orders, payment for ANY tax and duty is the responsibility of the buyer.
Use of the name, any logos, any photos, any graphics, and any images without the prior written consent from SKULPIST is strictly prohibited.
Each shirt is individually screen printed by hand in house, and they are subject to discrepancies due to the natural human process. We ask that you embrace the differences from garment to garment which makes each garment unlike the next. If you find that your print in question is unreasonably askew, please contact NICK@SKULPIST.COM for a refund or exchange.
